When you book an appointment, we (or our booking partner Treatwell) collect your name, phone number, email address, and details of the service and barber you've chosen. If you pay online, payment is processed directly by our payment provider — we don't store your card details ourselves.

We use your details to confirm and manage your appointment, send booking confirmations or reminders, and respond if you contact us. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Bookings made through the widget on this site are handled by Treatwell, who process your booking data under their own privacy policy. We also use Supabase (database hosting) and Stripe (payment processing) to run parts of this site — each only processes the data needed to perform their function.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the business and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
